The Marketing Manager is responsible for all marketing efforts, including developing and implementing marketing strategies and corporate relations. The successful candidate will have an international outlook and an appreciation for the impact the support staff can have in the School and on the staff at the School. This person will be quick to learn about the organization and begin to interact with various key stakeholders. Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage our media activity, and ensure that we maintain a positive presence within regional and industry media. These include but are not limited to all regional third party print and online publications targeted at the expatriate community
  • Take responsibility for the production of all communications materials to support events, for example; the production of printed items including rollup stands, vinyl stickers, indoor flags etc
  • Hold responsibility for ensuring that NLCS (Singapore) adheres to its branding guidelines in all respects
  • Track NLCS media references and ensure the Principal is updated and responsive where appropriate
  • Work with academic staff to generate material to be used as content for marketing and PR activities
  • Hold responsibility for the school\xe2\x80\x99s adherence to its branding guidelines
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives
  • Manage and track annual marketing budget/expenditures
  • Oversee sourcing and management of vendors and agencies on a needs basis
  • Reporting ROI with tracking and analysis to the Principal and/or Senior Team
Corporate Relationships
  • Strategically develop relationships with organizations, communities and individuals in order to positively contribute to student enrollment
  • Develop relations with key channel partners and communities associated with the target demographics of the school, including but not limited to: Corporate Organizations, Professional Associations like those within the finance industry, technology, wealth management industry etc., Relocation Companies, Residential Communities such as High End Residential Apartments, Condominiums etc., Select Nurseries
  • Work with relevant staff to:
  • Schedule dates, venues and stakeholder communities to hold parent engagement events.
  • Support the Principal and the Academic team during the engagement events.
  • Counsel the Parents from these channels through the enrollment funnel by making sure they speak to the relevant people.
  • Advise the Principal and Head of Admissions on any key admissions related developments vis-\xc3\xa0-vis its competitors
  • Advise the Corporate Management on Market Conditions, School Positioning, Strategy and Community Engagement
Safeguarding
  • Abide by the school safeguarding policy and keep abreast of any changes
Qualifications/Skills
  • Degree and above in Marketing or the equivalent
  • Preferably with 5 years of marketing experience in direct marketing, digital campaigns and running multi-media campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills, to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Through analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Superb project management skills
  • Able to prioritise work, multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
