We are looking for a talented and well-rounded SG Brand Marketing Manager to help accelerate our growth in Singapore. Reporting into our Country Head in Singapore and working closely with the Head of Sales and the central marketing teams, you will be responsible to define and deliver a compelling marketing strategy to build awareness, drive sales and fast-track our business in SG.

This role is ideal for a highly motivated, digitally-minded marketer who is passionate about understanding the pain points of entrepreneurs and skilled at translating these into delightful web experiences that will ultimately drive sales. You will be both strategic in your approach and happy to roll up your sleeves to drive positive and observable impacts in partnership with the sales and central marketing teams. You have strong analytical skills and from the experiments made and data collected you will be able to derive a solid analysis and offer valuable and actionable recommendations that will be discussed with the Country Head, the Head of Sales and the central marketing team.

Position Duties

• Craft and deliver a clear marketing strategy & roadmap to drive brand awareness, disrupt the competition and cost-effectively acquire new customers
• Lead the creation and distribution of compelling content to educate prospects, capture leads and maximize our organic growth opportunity.
• To be able to communicate and work effectively with the country head, the Head of Sales and the central marketing team.
• Continuously track performance and analyze all the marketing data available to provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI and brand awareness
• Gather deep customer learnings and competitive insights to inform your marketing strategy and recommendations
• Contribute to our global marketing strategy by sharing SG specific insights and proposing new experiments

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing or communications
• 5-7 years experience in marketing role from a B2B tech startup/ SME environment
• Growth marketer - experienced in content marketing, online events (webinars) and partnerships
• Good understanding of paid and social media marketing
• Good understanding of inbound marketing tools - preferably Hubspot
• Outstanding analytical skills and comfortable using Google Analytics
• Strong organizational, project management, interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strategic thinker that isn\xe2\x80\x99t afraid to roll up their sleeves
• Balanced individual who brings \xe2\x80\x98can do\xe2\x80\x99 attitude to work every day; gets started and proactively thinks about what needs to come next
