Job Description
- Regularly assess the effectiveness of current marketing strategies, activities, and performance.
- Develop new marketing plans from strategy formulation to execution, aiming to enhance brand visibility and achieve Member and Resident Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) targets.
- Manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources for impactful outcomes.
- Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies aligned with the company\'s overall objectives.
- Define and communicate the brand\'s unique value proposition, positioning, and messaging.
- Oversee the establishment and maintenance of consistent brand guidelines for visual and messaging elements.
- Mentor and empower the marketing team to execute strategies, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Ensure timely and high-quality execution of all marketing activities.
- Provide regular feedback and development opportunities through frequent check-ins with team members.
- Conceptualize and implement a paid advertising strategy to boost brand visibility and meet marketing objectives.
- Manage vendors effectively to align with and execute the paid advertising strategy.
- Degree holder
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand and Marketing
- 3 years of supervisory experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships, leadership, prioritization, and communication
