Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for conceptualizing, planning, implementing, and managing overall advertising and promotional activities.
- Form strategic partnerships, source for sponsorships and opportunities to host marketing activations and identify publicity opportunities.
- Proactively market products through portfolio-wide initiatives to enhance sales and experience.
- Conduct post-promotional campaign or event reviews to assess the effectiveness of the promotions/ events and prepare monthly reports for internal analysis.
- Develop marketing strategies to actively engage communities.
- Analyse competitors, market trends, and identify opportunities to drive sales.
- Assist with any other adhoc duties as assigned.
- Degree in Mass Communications and/or Marketing.
- At least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience in Retail Industry.
- Good interpersonal skills and excellent in customer relationship management.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous, self-motivated, able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Results-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
