Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility and drive customer engagement across all outlets.
Lead the creation, planning, and scheduling of social media content including videos, stories, and campaigns ensuring daily online presence and consistency with brand tone.
Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms, optimizing performance through data insights and engagement metrics.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, seasonal opportunities, and emerging social content directions.
Collaborate with operations and creative teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences, from online storytelling to on-ground activations.
Oversee marketing budgets, content calendars, and partnerships to ensure efficient execution and measurable ROI.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in marketing, with proven hands-on experience managing brand social media platforms and content creation.
Strong creative and analytical mindset comfortable with video content strategy, engagement analytics, and community management.
Excellent communication and project-management skills; able to balance creativity with structure in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
