A creative and energetic individual, the manager together with senior management is to inspire and motivate the team towards commercial and marketing goals. This role will stretch across multiple marketing functions within the business from paid digital, social and SEO management to print and retail design & communication and management of brand marketing campaigns.
Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager and working closely with the Business Director, the right candidate must be able to manage the day-to-day marketing activities of the business, and develop and drive a long-term marketing strategy for the company. As a luxe retail brand, Goldheart has a wealth of creative marketing output, both digitally and in-stores. A refined, creative eye is a must and ability to conceptualise exciting campaigns and brand highlights, analyse data and ROI together with cross function teams and agencies, manage budgets and day-to-day marketing duties.
Working closely with Merchandising and Creative Design Teams, the manager must be savvy with marketing solutions and strategies keeping the target customers in mind.
