Plan, manage, and optimize SEM campaigns (e.g., Google Ads)
Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies
Analyze marketing performance and generate actionable insights
Work closely with internal teams for campaign execution
Oversee performance marketing efforts across platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
Conduct competitor analysis and keep abreast of industry trends
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience
Prior experience in the
aesthetic, beauty, or healthcare/hair industry
preferred
Proven track record in
Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
Strong analytical and communication skills
Experience must be from an
in-house marketing role
(not agency)
Ability to communicate effectively with
Chinese-speaking clients
