Responsibilities:
Marketing Planning: define and execute the 360 Marketing communication plan in Singapore while maintaining an alignment to the regional marketing directions
Conceptualize and execute brand building, media and social/digital media initiatives to drive up market positioning and positive coverage
Responsible in the execution of effective events and marketing campaigns
Coordinate and support effective new product launch communications in line with brand\'s requirements.
Familiar with the local media landscape and propose effective media (print/digital) planning target to respective brand\'s requirements
Manage, monitor the effectiveness and maintain the brand\'s website. Work closely with the digital channel to conceptualize online marketing content and campaigns to drive web traffic and engagements.
Oversee and manage an effective digital marketing, including but not limited to SEO / SEM, social media and microsite / display advertising campaigns
Oversee the efficient management of customer conversations on digital channels.
Monitor and manage the public relations activities
Oversee Customer Relationship Management through engagement and retention programs. Organize and rollout special marketing events/activities to mine relevant data on customers\' profile and ultimately build a robust CRM database
Conceptualize window displays in relations to marketing campaigns
Develop corporate branding collateral creatives according to the specification requirements
Perform market research for competitors\' analysis
Coordinate with landlords or brand partners to roll-out successful communications/promotions.
Monitor and oversee communication materials such as gifts-with-purchase, etc
Manage and assist to coordinate any form of charity sponsorships
Accountable for the marketing expenditure/budget and to ensure maximizing the resources given by the company
Maintain a good communication to external / internal stakeholders of upcoming campaigns / activities
Lead, coach and develop the local marketing team of 5 into an effective and cohesive unit. Set & monitor KPI\'s to ensure overarching company objectives are met and on track
