Marketing Manager, Work Dynamics Marketing, APAC.
About the role
We are searching for a creative, digitally-savy and pro-active individual who will be responsible for delivering targeted, client-centric marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads for the Work Dynamics (WD) APAC business, products and service lines.
The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner collaborating closely with regional/local WD business executives and subject matter experts to develop marketing programs that improve margin and drive fee revenue.
This individual will also work closely with Sales and Marketing colleagues globally and in markets across Marketing disciplines such as brand, communications, digital, and research.
We are looking for someone who is able to:
Develop, execute, and optimise compelling, high-impact campaigns and target client programs across digital channels (website, email, social media, search, channel, etc.) to drive demand
Align with marketing, sales, and product to ensure awareness and demand generation campaigns reflect current business priorities, messaging strategies, and goals
Support channel management and content creation including, but not limited to, localised content production for relevant campaign assets
Leverage insights garnered from close collaboration with Sales and CRM to construct the digital buyer's journey and create the personalization strategy for campaigns and messaging
Recommend the appropriate account targets, messaging, value propositions, creatives, content, and collateral to increase penetration with target accounts and generate pipeline / opportunities for sales
Partner closely with research teams to develop and take impactful thought leadership programs to the marketplace
Support strategic and targeted media initiatives in partnership with our PR team
Translate data, customer insights, and campaign performance into recommendations that continuously improve performance
Support the implementation of APAC business/sales plans for client engagement, to include company hosted prospecting events, client entertainment and research programs. Ensure alignment with strategy, business development and budget adherence.
Create process to find points of integration and alignment by driving collaboration on tools such as editorial, event, campaign and content calendars; yearly marketing plans; budget system practices; metric reporting and analysis; integration of marketing efforts and implementation of best practices.
Help deliver insightful reporting and analytics that shows how marketing programs impact revenue, define and track key metrics to optimize marketing campaigns, help with dashboards, and deliver ad-hoc analysis as needed.
Stakeholder Engagement
The role will work closely with the APAC Head of Marketing, Work Dynamics, JLL, Marketing Centers of Excellence, Sales, Product Owners and Subject Matter Experts to design and deliver the Marketing strategy to drive sales.
Regional Activities
The role will be responsible for the co-ordination with country marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective delivery. It will also link up with the Global product marketing organization and Global Marketing colleagues to ensure tight alignment and brand consistency.
Measurement and Reporting
The role is required to drive the measurement and monitoring on Return on Marketing Investments to demonstrate the business impact and Marketing's role as a growth enabler.

Education
5+ years' experience in delivering integrated marketing campaigns, preferably in professional services environment along with experience of working in a matrix international organisation. Previous role working closely with and effectively partnering with senior business stakeholders
Domain Knowledge
Understand how a target audience buys including key stages and decision points in the buying cycle and the value perception within target markets of our products and solutions. Experience working with Sirius Decisions methodologies and processes would be advantageous.
Proactive
Collaborate with marketeers across the world to ensure tight alignment, share best practices and continuously evolve.
Relationship Management
Cultivate and foster strong working relationships with sales, business leadership and marketing colleagues.
Key Essentials
Strong leadership, planning, project management and problem resolution skills along with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel). Must also have knowledge of digital channels and platforms, experience with Eloqua or similar marketing automation software as well as Salesforce an advantage.
