Job Summary:

• Basic $6000 - $8000
• 5 Days work Week
• Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
• AWS + VB

Job Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and leading the marketing department.
• Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy and marketing plan.
• Leading in the development of branding, positioning and corporate identity initiatives - Creating the \xe2\x80\x9cBidfood\xe2\x80\x9d voice.
• Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts.
• Communicating the overall marketing plan to the top management.
• Researching demand for our products and services.
• Conducting customer, brand and product research initiatives
• Working with sales department to develop marketing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.
• Developing promotions with business partners.
• Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
• Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
• Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
• Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish.
• Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
• Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing.
• Content creation for communication channels to increase company\'s footprints and a key driver for all media interviews, publications etc and advise the management on any media fallout
• Any other assigned duties and projects by the Management

Requirement:

• Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years\' experience in senior role and running a marketing team.
• Proven marketing campaign experience, especially in Foodservice industry
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a positive can-do attitude
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Creative and a strategic thinker with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet their deadlines.
• Professional and proactive work ethic.
• High competence in project and stakeholder management.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
