It is hybrid role but for few months need to go to office to understand the work later on it will be 3 days office and 2 days wfh

EXCEL KNOWLEDGE - It is marketing role where person will do Communications for AI & Gamification and sending the EDM, push notifications or email brochures to customers outside bank and collect their response & analyse it.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience using marketing automation platforms and AI tools
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions
  • Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns that drive business results
  • Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment


Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing tactical campaigns using behavioural data AI and launching a gamification channel to increase customer engagement, manage expenses and increase product penetration for consumer financial products. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about using innovative marketing techniques to drive business results.

Responsibilities: 1. Work closely with the product team to understand the consumer banking products and their target audience 2. Develop and execute tactical campaigns using behavioural data AI to target the right customers with personalized messages 3. Collaborate with the design team to create engaging and visually appealing campaign assets 4. Analyse campaign performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders, making data-driven recommendations for optimization 5. Launch a gamification channel to increase customer engagement, manage expenses, and increase product penetration for consumer financial products 6. Monitor the gamification channel performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders, making data-driven recommendations for optimization 7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns and gamification channels are aligned with overall business goals and objectives 8. Communicate campaign updates and results to internal and external stakeholders
