This role will be part of the global Marketing & Media team and will lead the organization\'s marketing and media direction. You will oversee the planning and delivery of media plans, content development, customer communications/events, campaign management, industry conferences, lead generation, marketing intelligence and other activities that will drive the achievement of business objectives. Drive overall brand/ marketing strategy development and be the go-to person for marketing needs in Asia.
Lead planning and execution of social media strategy
Plan & implement marketing & messaging strategy tactics across all channels, including campaigns, social media, web, advertising, events, conferences, and other sales enablement initiatives.
Development of templates and design themes that can be leveraged by other geographies to expand our presence in key verticals
Measure: Grow share of vertical market segments from existing baseline
Develop and implement marketing programs to help build the company\'s presence in targeted geographies and focused sales programs.
Measure: Expanded brand awareness in focus markets
Coordinate corporate sponsorship and attendance at target industry conferences/tradeshows
Develop related marketing collaterals such as sell sheets, case studies, PowerPoints, and videos in accordance with brand guidelines
Collaborate closely with commercial team to create original content for sales pitch, edit and proof-read content as needed.
Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales, market development and forecasts.
Development and write up of high quality and compelling content (E.g. Press releases, customer advisories, and announcements for a wide range of internal and external channels, etc.)
Report on effectiveness of marketing initiatives; provide recommendation and insights.
Support market intelligence and lead generation initiatives; develop/ drive insights to industry, local market, and ad hoc research when needed.
Liaise with internal departments, creative agencies and other vendors in the development and delivery of marketing tools and resources.
Support the wider marketing team on other adhoc duties.
The Talent
Degree/Diploma preferably in mass communications, business, marketing or transportation and logistics
Minimum of 4-6 years working experience, with at least 3 years in B2B marketing
Prior experience in the transportation or logistics industry would be an advantage.
International/regional exposure and outlook
Ability to work independently with limited input.
Confidence to interact with all organizational levels.
Takes initiative and is a self-starter.
Robust analytical and research skills valued.
Familiarity and use of core social media platforms
Strong technical skills and the willingness/ability to learn new applications as needed.
Flexibility to easily adapt to changing business requirements.
Strong interpersonal skills
