We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Executive to join our team and streamline our marketing processes for optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
As a Marketing Operations Executive at Zenyum, you will play a critical role in optimising our marketing activities, systems, and workflows. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure the seamless execution of marketing campaigns, track performance metrics, and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of regional marketing plans and , analyse marketing performance metrics and generate regular marketing reports to provide insights and recommendations for with the creative and content team to create compelling marketing materials for social competitor analysis to gain insights into competitor strategies, marketing tactics, and industry trends. This includes monitoring competitor activity across various channels, analysing their marketing campaigns, and identifying areas where we can improve our own and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and local marketing with administrative tasks related to marketing and address process bottlenecks and inefficiencies to streamline marketing operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related 3 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or a related analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive written and verbal communication in social media marketing, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and in campaign management and social media content with Google Analytics and Data Studio is a for technology and eagerness to learn about emerging trends and to work independently and in a team organised and time-management skills and the ability to multitask.
