- Utilise software to generate inbound business enquiries
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure business sustainability
- Arrange for interviews or public speaking events and construct press releases
- Aid in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
- Assist in the Content Strategist team influencer management outreach when required
- Carry out market research on social media/ market trends
- Create content to establish the business\' leadership position in the industry
- Handle and support workshops and events
