  • Event planning and operations
  • Planning monthly calendar of events and promotions to drive awareness and sales
  • Content creation for our social media platforms (Instagram, E-newsletter, Blogposts)
  • Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers
  • Influencer Engagement
  • E-commerce / direct sales management (Shopify)
  • E-marketplace management (Lazada and Shopee)
  • Manage customer service channels (Instagram and Facebook DMs, e-commerce channels DMs)
