The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with a Technology Multinational Corporation company to search for a Marketing Operations Lead
• Office location: Singapore- Central
• Working hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am -5:30pm)
• This role starts off as contract position

The Talent

• Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma in Business, Operations, Marketing or related field
• Min preferably 3 years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement.
• Experience managing vendor teams, developing scopes of work/key performance indicators (KPI), managing performance to contract SLA\'s/KPI\'s, forecasting budget requirements and managing within budget.
• Ability to prioritize in a highly dynamic, detail-oriented, deadline-driven environment

The JobEnsure world class customer experiences at Experience Center Asia - supporting Singapore only.

• Act as primary onsite point of contact for operational aspects focused on ensuring world class customer engagements at Experience Center Asia;
• Serving as a liaison between the supplier teams, broad group of stakeholders, partners and vendors. This includes liaison with relevant partners, engaging customer in landing the Experience Packs and supporting Envisioning Specialists in ensuring effective storytelling.
• Management and orchestration of Partners, Agencies, Vendors, Contractors etc. to upgrade, repair or replace Immersive Experiences
• Develop common best-practice processes to be shared with other facilities within the CET portfolio
• Ensure Compliance with corporate and group policies/strategies
• Manage Operational KPIs & Budget
• Conduct walkthroughs, site visits and informational sessions about the facility and the experience zone with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support Envisioning Specialists in their demos, when needed.
