The successful candidate will be part of Singapore Airlines Learning Academy. He/She is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Singapore Airlines Academy, as well as to ensure and optimise the academy's operational processes to help the business achieve its goals. This is a 2 years contract position.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing and branding initiatives
To plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels, as well as oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and online content.
Analyse the performance of marketing initiatives, conduct market research to identify relevant conferences and events, organise and execute events, and manage website development.
Ensure operational efficiency
Optimise operations for seamless training programme delivery and an enhanced learner experience, while overseeing the management of training facilities and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) development.
Collaborate with the Cabin Crew and FLT Training Departments to ensure the availability of trainer resources, as well as evaluating Course Evaluation Questionnaire (CEQ) feedback and working with stakeholders to recommend improvements in content and the overall learner experience.
