Job Description
Our client is a leading power generation company in Singapore. They are looking for a Marketing Operations Officer / Senior Officer to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
Event & Roadshow Coordination
- Source venues, liaise with vendors, and ensure smooth setup and teardown of roadshows and events.Campaign Administration
- Track promotions, manage enquiries (Corporate/Group Buy), and prepare campaign materials and Terms & Conditions.Inventory & Asset Management
- Maintain marketing collaterals, merchandise, and sales kits to ensure all materials are up to date.Vendor & Payment Management
- Handle quotations, purchase requests, and payment follow-ups to ensure timely vendor settlement.Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Compile data on campaign and roadshow performance, including RSVP responses and event feedback.Quality & Brand Compliance
- Conduct on-site checks during weekends when required to ensure proper setup and consistent brand representation.Requirements:
Willing to work weekends when required
Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in marketing coordination, admin, or operations preferred Meticulous with excellent organisation and multitasking skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Canva experience is an advantage Positive, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentWe regret that only shortlisted candidate will be notified.
