We\'re looking for someone who is keen to hone their skills in both Marketing and Public Relations and wants to help us create content, You must also be good at doing research and PowerPoint presentations - so creative thinking and basic design skills will be useful. Content writing and data analysis skills will be what you will learn during this internship, and you will have some deeper insights into the real estate industry here in Singapore.

We will need you to write blog posts, and copywriting for social media posts, and manage our social media accounts.

Essential Duties Include: * Develop marketing materials and support client requests for proposals and prospecting efforts (clients are in luxury, real estate and hospitality industries)

• Research and compile audience and industry databases for targeted marketing
• Support PR & communication initiatives including active media pitching, writing content (for website and blogs), and event management
• Assist in producing marketing assets (E-newsletters, brochures, website, social) and reinforcing email marketing/contact best practices across the company
• Support clients\' campaign/ event activations - from participating in the ideation of concept to event-day operations
• Support design and promotion of social media assets (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok) and prepare social media calendar.
• Any additional ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned including compilation of PR reports
