Reporting to our Head of JAPAC DG Hub Services, this is a high-impact role where you will work closely with other marketing teams to manage strategy, operations, budget, and plans. You are at the core of all marketing executions in JAPAC partnered with the Shared Services team in HQ, JAPAC marketing leadership team, along with the regional sales teams, GTM leads and Channel ecosystem. As someone who understands how to operate like a CMO of your function, you will lead on key growth initiatives like CXO engagement/ABM programs, demand generation, and drive quality pipeline with a target contribution for the business. You\xe2\x80\x99re also responsible for developing and growing the Programs & Ops team to be a top performing team.
