Christian Bassett is recruiting Marketing Project Manager APAC for a leading confectionary company.
The Marketing Project Manager DIS APAC, located in Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s office, is responsible for product master data management, artwork designs, and further Marketing activities across the Asia Pacific markets.
This role will contribute to the growth agenda of the International Distributors (DIS) division, mainly for an ongoing transformation leading to an extension of the firm\xe2\x80\x99s Marketing operations in the region.
Reporting to the Marketing Director of the APAC region, this profile seeks a dynamic and versatile individual capable of navigating the complexities of the APAC market, driving Marketing initiatives, and contributing to the company\xe2\x80\x99s tradition of excellence.
Responsibilities
End-to-end management of regional product master data, from material master creation over BOM creation to creation of work plans/ info records (in SAP R/3), both in the initial calculation phase and the product opening process as well as for BOM modifications and product phase-outs
Holistic artwork design management, incl. project- and process coordination with all internal (e.g. Packaging Development) and external stakeholders around print data for packaging and display materials
Collaboration with Central Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Co-packer, Packaging Development, Procurement, Supply Chain, Controlling, etc.
Support regional needs, including product opening/de-complexity and phase-out processes, regulatory or legal checks (for visuals, declarations, etc.), product information management (in Salsify), data collection and database management with external Marketing vendors, and other administrative tasks
On-demand support in various cross-functional projects and initiatives related to Marketing, e.g. liaising with Sales/ Trade Marketing to communicate packaging changes to distributors, maintaining and updating APAC portfolio across brands, etc.
Optimization of abovementioned processes
Requirements
Educational background in business or engineering; any advanced training in marketing, data management or industrial engineering/ design is an advantage
Min. 3 years of working experience
Experience with (product) master data management
Basic understanding of production processes/ workflows
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications
Fluent English skills (German would be advantageous)
Profound communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Capability to work on interdisciplinary projects and in cross-functional teams
