About the Role

This hybrid role is for someone who loves people as much as they love creative content. As a Marketing & Recruitment Assistant, you'll help attract top talent while driving brand presence through digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, creating, and posting marketing content across social media platforms. Draft job postings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews. Follow up with candidates and maintain recruitment databases. Support recruitment events, career fairs, and social media campaigns. Track marketing and recruitment performance, preparing reports for management.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, HR, Business, or related discipline. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Creative flair with basic knowledge of Canva/graphic tools. Proactive, resourceful, and able to multitask. Prior internship/experience in recruitment or marketing is a bonus.
