Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, creating, and posting marketing content across social media platforms.
Draft job postings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
Follow up with candidates and maintain recruitment databases.
Support recruitment events, career fairs, and social media campaigns.
Track marketing and recruitment performance, preparing reports for management.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, HR, Business, or related discipline.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Creative flair with basic knowledge of Canva/graphic tools.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to multitask.
Prior internship/experience in recruitment or marketing is a bonus.
