Job Description

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis competitor data.
• Liaise with product team (R&D & Production) about implementation of regulatory requirement and customer enquiry
• To manage current product portfolio and customer account.
• Coordinating with customer and product team for production schedule and delivery schedule.
• Global raw material sourcing and evaluation
• To liaise with customer on product technical & quality matters including customer complaint and product stability.
• Conduct customer surveys to assess demand, opportunities, and awareness.
• Pose good soft skill in dealing with a range of stakeholders including customer, supplier, and colleague.
• Assist in digital marketing such as creating lead magnets, emails, and landing pages and maintaining social media messages
• Ad-hoc duties such as desktop research, sourcing for suppliers and inspection
• Sales and Marketing target planning covers aspects such as Technical & Financial feasibility, commercial plans support, and operational stability.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social/digital media.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
• Responsible for managing new and existing product sales and marketing portfolio.
  

• Minimum Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, etc
• Ability and flexibility to adapt to frequent changes
• Meticulous and able to work well in a team
• Proven experience as a Digital Sales & Marketing or relevant role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Fast learner and passion for sales and digital marketing.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
