We are looking for a passionate and proactive Marketing & Sales Support Executive to be the voice of our mission and the engine behind our growth.

The Role:

In this pivotal role, you will bridge our social mission with market success. You will develop and execute strategies that raise our profile, connect with our audience, and drive sales--ensuring our sustainable growth and continued social impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Intelligence:

Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, track competitor activity, and identify new opportunities for growth.

Content & Campaign Creation:

Develop compelling marketing materials (e.g., brochures, newsletters, presentations) and manage engaging content across our social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

Lead Generation & Sales Support:

Actively generate qualified sales leads and support the sales team in nurturing client relationships and closing opportunities.

Campaign Management:

Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring advertising campaigns across various online and offline channels.

Collaboration & Reporting:

Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive strategy and provide regular performance reports to management.

Who We Are Looking For:

A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, English Language/Literature, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. A self-starter with a strong sense of integrity and professionalism. A genuine passion for social enterprise and community development. We welcome fresh graduates and are also open to discussing internship opportunities for candidates looking to start their career in marketing.
