The same properties that make Meta platforms an ideal place for marketing also make it an ideal place to conduct analytical work and marketing research to become a better marketer in the ever changing digital advertising world.This role will be part of the Marketing Science Team focused on supporting our sales teams with helping clients understand their consumers on Meta and the effectiveness of their ad spend.The person in this role will be tasked with translating business opportunities and challenges into measurement and data analytics objectives that are answered with scientifically validated actionable business insights and recommendations. They will provide consultative support to internal and external stakeholders on their business strategies. As opportunities arise, they will work directly with our Sales teams to identify, develop and execute proactive scalable programs in the market or region.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and critical thinking skills and a passion for generating data-based insight. They should have talent for taking complex concepts and distilling them into clear accessible formats. This role will challenge the candidate to not only provide strategic direction to advertisers on their measurement efforts, but also to develop strategic insights into marketing on Meta platforms through big data analysis, consolidated meta-analysis of tests and deep client consulting. They should also be effective in collaborating with a diverse set of internal stakeholders to maximize their scope of impact.


Marketing Science Partner, APAC Mid-Market Clients Responsibilities:

  • Work with a broad array of Meta advertisers to support them and our sales teams in measuring true business value of their ad spends and growing their businesses through Meta platforms
  • Use a variety of methods such as tasks, office hours, consultation sessions, trainings outbound communications and in-market activations to support the day to day needs of the sales organization and clients
  • Recommend product and solutions for different client needs and challenges as it pertains to media, marketing, or key measurement questions
  • Setup and monitor ad effectiveness studies for Meta advertisers using a variety of measurement solutions and products
  • Engage in client conversations, presentations of results, and consult internally with the sales teams to ensure the right design and setup of measurement studies and the adoption of corresponding insights and recommendations
  • As opportunities arise, execute and/or lead key proactive programs on identified local, regional or global priority areas in close partnership with other cross functional teams (XFNs) and sales
  • Drive scaled adoption of insights and recommendations identified through data analysis, measurement and meta-analysis through activation programs co-designed with sales and XFNs
  • Deliver trainings/education for the sales teams through dedicated sessions and boot camps



Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in digital media/marketing, ad effectiveness measurement or marketing analytics experience and general love of data.
  • Experience communicating technical content to a general audience
  • Sound understanding of branding and performance digital advertising and marketing frameworks, including ad effectiveness measurement techniques.
  • Experience working with large data-sets using data extraction tools such as Hive and/or SQL
  • Experience influencing and partnering with multiple stakeholders in a complex organization
  • Statistical analysis experience with experimental design and statistical significance testing
  • Experience delivering data-driven insights, to influence decision making of internal sales, marketing teams or directly influencing external client's decisions



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Data visualization and dashboarding capabilities using popular software like, Tableau
  • First hand experience of planning and analyzing digital advertising campaigns
  • Significant career experience of collaborating with diverse teams on the business side with a verifiable record of effective project and stakeholder management.
  • Media Agency, Research Agency, Client Media Team, Insight, Analytics Team experience
