You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies while setting up, customizing, and maintaining ZOHO applications to streamline marketing, sales, and customer engagement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email and offline channels.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create compelling, brand-aligned content.
Track and analyze campaign performance, using insights to refine future strategies.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Develop and recommend data-driven marketing strategies that directly support sales growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with commercial objectives.
Evaluate ROI of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights to management.
Review and approve all marketing materials to ensure compliance with local and regional regulations (e.g., PDPA, SFA and etc).
Work closely with sales and product teams to align CRM and marketing efforts
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data within the system.
Job Requirements
:
Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business , or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the FMCG/Seafood industry.
Proficiency in data analysis using Excel, Autocount, and CRM (preferably ZOHO).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and extract meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
