Role Overview



CT Smart Home is seeking a

creative and results-oriented Marketing Specialist

to drive initiatives that enhance our brand visibility, generate qualified project leads, and strengthen our presence in the

luxury design and build

sector.

This role is ideal for someone who excels at combining

strategic marketing, partnerships, and client engagement

to support business growth. You will collaborate closely with the sales, design, and management teams to execute marketing campaigns, build partnerships, and position CT Smart Home as a leader in innovative and smart living design.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Brand Development



Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote CT Smart Home's design and build services. Create engaging marketing materials and content for both online and offline platforms. Manage social media presence, website updates, and digital campaigns to strengthen brand awareness. Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all communication channels.

Lead Generation & Client Engagement



Plan and execute marketing campaigns that attract high-quality leads for residential and commercial projects. Leverage digital advertising, content marketing, and industry networks to drive client acquisition. Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads and convert inquiries into confirmed projects.

Partnership & Collaboration



Identify and engage with strategic partners such as developers, architects, interior designers, and premium product suppliers. Support partnership activities, joint campaigns, and co-branded events that align with business goals. Maintain strong professional relationships to ensure long-term collaboration and mutual success.

Market Insights & Strategy



Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in construction, design, and smart home solutions. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness and market positioning. Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare regular marketing reports for management review.

Event & Activation Management



Coordinate participation in trade shows, networking sessions, and design exhibitions. Organize marketing activations such as private previews, launch events, and client engagement sessions. Ensure brand consistency and positive client experience across all events and activations.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Business, Communications

, or a related field. Minimum of

3 years' experience

in marketing, partnerships, or client acquisition within the construction, design, or luxury sectors. Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation strategies. Excellent

communication, relationship-building, and project management

skills. Strategic thinker with a genuine interest in

design, architecture, and smart living

. Familiarity with

CRM systems, marketing analytics, and digital tools

(e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva).
