You will be part of a team responsible for supporting the marketing operations for APJ region. You will handle day to day operational and tactical aspects of all CRM (Customer Relationship Management) activities and will be involved in data processing and tracking campaign effectiveness. This would be well-suited to those with a curiosity about marketing operations, deploying and developing their skills to support a Marketing function. What will you do?
Lead Management
Work with campaign owners to establish data and establish lead creation requirements for different marketing sources
Handle end to end process of marketing data from collection through to CRM system entry
Retrieve, consolidate, analyse and summarize data and make appropriate business recommendations.
Review leads management dashboard and identify trends and gap. Engage with divisional marketing team to drive improvements.
Database Health / Growth
Analyze the health of the customer database to have a deep understanding of customer data
Propose clear action plans to implement various data cleansing activities / projects
Understand the data entry process and different input systems across the business and how this affects data quality in our contact base system and marketing performance.
Present useful data quality improvements to internal collaborators
Vendor / Project management
Lead and evaluate vendors to ensure quality of services provided.
Supervising budget spending with third party vendor and evaluate way to optimize cost as appropriate.
Drive project management for process improvement to optimise lead management across the region
