Job Description


The client is an Exciting Global Company specializing in the design and engineering of connected technologies for automakers, consumers, and enterprises. They are known for their innovative audio and infotainment solutions, producing high-quality audio equipment and software for a wide range of applications.

As a Retail Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for spearheading, developing, and executing marketing plans tailored for the Singapore market together with APAC. You will actively participate in corporate marketing initiatives and play a key role in planning major corporate events. In this role, you will collaborate with the APAC sales and marketing team to create compelling marketing materials, including sales and product collaterals, supporting both online and offline marketing campaigns while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.

THIS ROLE FOCUSES MORE ON OFFLINE MARKETING LIKE PR, EVENTS, INFLUENCER MARKETING, TVC etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Support APAC Marketing team in various marketing and branding initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Digital & Ecommerce team to align offline and online strategies and campaigns.
  • Implement innovative marketing ideas and provide strategic guidance on branding and legal matters in APAC region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product Planning, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Development) for strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Assist key team members in other geographical locations and brands when needed.
  • Prepare monthly marketing and PR reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales and marketing data.
  • Provide administrative support to the APAC marketing team.
Minimum Requirements: * Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Holistic Offline Marketing and ability to run end-to-end campaigns
  • Proven experience in O2O marketing for retail, CPG or consumer electronics and event planning, preferably in the APAC region.
  • Strong creative writing, proofreading, and editing skills across various platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to strategize and implement effective marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Experience in tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing efforts, both online and offline.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience working with external agencies and vendors for marketing support.
  • Familiarity with legal and trademark considerations in marketing activities.
  • Proficiency in collecting, analyzing, and summarizing marketing data for reporting purposes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
