As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving and implementing marketing activities for the Motion business Area which includes motor & variable speed drive product & services, in line with the agreed strategy. Reporting to Service Manager, you will be understanding customer needs in the market by visiting customers (end customer, consultant, EPC), influencing decision & specification. This position is based in Singapore.

Your responsibilities

• Participating with management to contribute to definition of strategic plans and supports relevant implementation, including communication and support to the local units to translate it into local marketing strategy
• Supporting defining and communicates the value proposition internally and externally
• Promoting know-how sharing and success stories publication both internal & external
• Supporting in sales activities by providing relevant materials, and guidance to Sales team(s)
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing key customers, key decision makers and opinion leaders

Your background

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering discipline
• At least 2 years of experience in related field especially in digital/social media marketing
• Good analytical and proactive mindset
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Singaporeans/SPR only
