Entity: Allianz Insurance Singapore

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and execution of marketing campaigns and branding initiatives that align with the company\'s overall goals and objectives. The Marketing Specialist will work collaboratively with the Head of Marketing, the Chief of Staff and other departments to drive engagement, manage campaigns and increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, paid advertising, and events

Help develop and maintain the company\'s brand voice, style, and visual identity

Collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials such as graphics, presentations, and promotional items

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for new campaigns

Support the management of social media platforms, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing metrics to track performance

Assist with the coordination of events and sponsorships, including logistics, promotion, and follow-up

Help maintain the company\'s website and ensure that all content is up-to-date, accurate, and on-brand

Monitor and report on campaign and branding metrics to track progress and make data-driven recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, branding, or related fields

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills

Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Hootsuite

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge on visual design & copywriting will be great
