Are you a hands-on and meticulous individual who can support our marketing team to ensure the success of our new products launching across Asia Pacific? The Marketing Specialist will be in charge of ensuring on-time project progression, be responsible for budget tracking, and take on few administrative tasks to support the business!

Your Team

You will report to a Senior Brand Manager of the regional Business Unit, and support the multi-functional team.

Purchase Order (PO) & Budget Management

  • Raise PO via intranet systems
  • Coordinate and manage payment and invoicing with agency
  • Track and manage the budget allocated for the Fiscal Year across brands and region
Ecom toolkit prep
  • Assist Design, Media & ecommerce managers with e-commerce and Digital marketing tasks
  • Coordinate and work with BMs and agency to ensure brand websites are updated with the latest CI communication / product content for new initiatives
  • Coordinate with SMO/Ecom Point of Contact to ensure CAM approved e-Content toolkit are deployed in time based on Fit For Use requirements
  • Monthly Digital In-house report update \xe2\x80\x93 Youtube, social media & Search
  • Checking ecommerce sites for proper execution of the images \xe2\x80\x93 primary & secondary, appropriate use of Keywords
  • Communicating with the agency on the errors and follow up to get it resolved at the earliest.
  • Assist with filling of Buy now templates
Mock up development
  • Create product/Point-of-Sale Materials mock ups for internal review or Quarterly Business Planning
  • Coordination with Initiative Operations Leader and SMO to ensure trade samples are delivered on time
Sales performance tracker
  • Develop, maintain and improve the tools that track sales performance \xe2\x80\x93 monthly, quarterly and customer-wise reports
  • Collaborate with MS&P and Financial Analyst for updates to shipment tracking.
  • Update the metrics on the each tab of the file, to properly track shipment vs forecast and overall progression
  • In case of new SKU or changes, help create the APFS with PS teams help
Promo tracking Chart (weekly promo tracking to track online customers\xe2\x80\x99 compliance)
  • Update the week\xe2\x80\x99s feature plan by customer by SKU, as per latest Promo Grid
  • Update estimated price points for promoted SKUs
  • Download/ capture weekly promotions for Key Accounts from various online sources.
  • Capture and update required data to the Money Chart (actual execution, top competition, featured prices)
  • Review the money chart and findings with the ABM or MS&P for additional inputs, before sharing with the team via e-mail
HR Analytic:
  • Update OT report monthly and highlight to department leaders if there is any concern
  • Manage enrolment report and update the enrolment list monthly for facility team
PS Recruitment:
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition team to delivery hiring needs for PS.
Miscellaneous Requirements:
  • Data clean up through correct segmentation and naming standardization
  • Ship and track DHL shipments for the team.
  • Extract packshots from Brandstore and save it in respective folders or share it with the team members
  • Co-ordinate with other team members to organize monthly/quarterly/yearly events for department
  • Lead R&R program for department
Job Qualifications
  • Educational Requirements: Degree in any relevant science or marketing discipline \xe2\x80\x93 marketing experience is an advantage
  • Experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Technical Qualifications: Should be proficient in Microsoft tools usage \xe2\x80\x93 word, excel, powerpoint
  • Specific Background: N/A
  • Additional Requirement:
  • Has good to excellent oral and written communication skills, proficient in English
  • Works collaboratively with multi-functional team/agency/advertising agency to achieve desired results
  • Acts as business owner with focus on priorities; Operates with discipline
  • Demonstrates ownership and accountability with \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude
  • Can influence and enable data-based and timely decisions, and manages escalations effectively
  • Works autonomously; Can put order in complexity and gives attention to details
