MARKETING SPECIALIST

Our client is a rapidly expanding creative services agency with a unique approach \xe2\x80\x94 they provide their clients with bespoke dedicated agencies that operate from within their offices. They are building a team of individuals who have the ability and confidence to learn on the job and help the client transform their marketing capabilities.

They are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support a renown Tech Client\'s Brand and Reputation Marketing team, demonstrating it\'s contribution to societies and economies of the countries where they operate.

What you\'ll be doing:

• Support regional Brand and Reputation team on execution of marketing activities including paid and owned campaigns, sponsorships, and offline/online events.
• Consolidate feedback from 10+ country teams in the Asia-Pacific region on their marketing assets requirements, and produce assets in an efficient and scalable manner.
• Manage the translation and localization process for marketing assets such as leaflets, websites, media campaigns, and social media content.
• Execute online/offline marketing events which involve handling logistics for attendees, managing event branding, and coordinating speaker schedules.
• Take responsibility for project trackers and update decks.
• Share best practices and learnings across the Asia-Pacific region via playbooks and program reports.

What you need:

• 5+ years of full-time working experience in marketing or events/ PR agency.
• Strong project management skills, able to lead projects independently.
• Experience in creating and executing high-impact meaningful integrated marketing campaigns.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Tolerance for ambiguity and ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
• Self-motivated, working with little supervision.
• Collaborative team player, open-minded and non-political.
