• Adecco is partnering our client, a famous Tech MNC
• We are looking for a Marketing Specialist
• The role will start out as a contract
• Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred

The Talent

• 2~3 years of experience in marketing space
• Excellent command and fluent in English
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
• Results-Driven and Data-Savvy
• Knowledge in finance and consumer lending products will be a plus
• Creative Skills will be a plus : eg. Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

• Collaborate with key stakeholders and support teams (both internal and external) to craft impactful driver communications and engagement strategies that enhance user acquisition and build a positive brand image for our financial products.
• Spot new opportunities and take charge of designing and executing end-to-end campaigns and communications to drive business growth and meet key performance indicators.
• Produce high-quality content and materials that foster trust and loyalty in company\'s financial products, ensuring every piece supports our overall objectives.
• Oversee marketing performance reporting, ROI tracking, and campaign analysis for driver initiatives, leveraging data to refine strategies and boost campaign effectiveness through a continuous test-and-learn approach.
• Coordinate seamlessly with creative, business, legal, compliance, and external partners; lead the execution of driver lending communications and campaigns with excellence.
