Now, we're looking for a Marketing & Sponsorship Lead -- someone who's equal parts storyteller, strategist, and connector -- to help us bring our creative vision to audiences and partners across the region.





What You'll Do


As our Marketing & Sponsorship Lead, you will:


Develop and execute creative marketing strategies for our films, campaigns, and branded content.


Build and strengthen our production house's brand identity across digital and offline platforms.


Identify, pitch, and secure sponsorships and media partnerships that align with our projects.


Create compelling sponsorship decks, partnership proposals, and campaign presentations.


Manage sponsor relationships and ensure deliverables are met professionally.


Collaborate with producers, writers, and directors to integrate sponsor messages seamlessly into stories.


Lead PR initiatives -- from media outreach and press releases to influencer collaborations and events.


Support fundraising efforts through brand tie-ups, crowdfunding, and grant submissions.





Who You Are


Passionate about storytelling, film, and media.


Experienced in marketing, media partnerships, or sponsorship management (preferably in the entertainment or creative industry).


A confident communicator who can pitch ideas, build relationships, and negotiate deals.


Strong in both strategic thinking and hands-on execution -- from concept to campaign delivery.


A collaborative, driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.





Bonus:


Writing experience for English and Chinese films or scripts -- you understand cross-cultural storytelling and can adapt messages for different audiences.
