Key Responsibilities:


Oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring smooth business functions and efficient resource management. Lead and execute the company's expansion strategy, identifying opportunities for growth and new markets in Southeast Asia. Develop and manage budgets, ensuring proper cash flow management and financial stability of the organization. Ensure the company's compliance with government regulations, tax laws, and business operations in the region. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other key stakeholders. Manage marketing strategy and planning, focusing on driving revenue, brand positioning, and market competitiveness. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.


Requirements:


Minimum 10 years in management roles, with a focus on business operations, marketing strategy, and financial oversight. Proven experience in leading cross-border teams and managing multi-national operations. Strong ability to lead teams, drive growth strategies, and manage key business functions including operations, marketing, and finance. Experience in the cosmetics, biotechnology, or similar industries with a deep understanding of market trends and regional dynamics in Southeast Asia. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin. * Strong background in management, marketing, and business operations with a focus on regional expansion and financial management
