Roles & Responsibilities



We're looking for a globally-minded Marketing Strategist who can bridge brands, creators, and cultures across Asia and Europe. You'll execute cross-market influencer strategies that combine creative storytelling, data-driven insights, and local cultural fluency.


This is a rare hybrid of strategic marketing and creative execution -- ideal for someone who speaks multiple languages, thrives in multicultural environments, and understands how global audiences connect with technology, lifestyle, and innovation.





Strategize Across Markets:

Execute marketing strategies across Asia and Europe that elevate brand visibility and cultural relevance.

Build Long-Term Partnerships:

Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with creators on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram -- ensuring strong brand fit and creative alignment.

Drive Creative Development:

Drive campaign ideation, content briefing, and script direction, translating product features into relatable, story-driven content.

Align Product & Messaging:

Collaborate with product and data teams to ensure influencer narratives reflect user insights and product positioning.

Manage Strategic Collaborations:

Oversee high-value sponsorships and brand activations with key partners, aligning marketing execution with business goals.

Optimize Through Insights:

Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, turning data into actionable improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:



Education:

Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, International Management, or Business.

Language Skills:

Professional fluency in English and basic proficiency in Korean and French are required for effective communication across Asian and European markets.

Experience:



At least 2 years in marketing, brand partnerships, or digital campaigns, with exposure to both Asian and European markets. At least 2+ years of overseas studying or working experience in Europe, enabling nuanced understanding of local creator ecosystems, audience behavior, and cross-market brand storytelling. At least 1 year SEO experience, including keyword analysis, audience segmentation, and traffic performance tracking using Google Analytics or similar tools. Hands-on experience in visual content creation like videography, photography etc.. Prior experience in AI, creative tech, or lifestyle brands.

Mindset & Style:



A storyteller with strong analytical intuition. Comfortable switching between creative ideation and structured execution. * Globally curious -- someone who naturally blends Eastern and Western marketing sensibilities.
