Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Lead quarterly and annual marketing planning cycles, connecting strategic business objectives with strategic and operational rigor. Partner with performance marketing and analytics team to extract performance reports and develop reporting frameworks that drive transparency and accountability. Partner with marcomm team to collate insights and drive continuous improvement. Oversee budget tracking, resource planning, and process optimization across marketing channels and initiatives Collaborate with finance to manage marketing budgets, forecast spend, and evaluate ROI.

Embraces technology and champion the adoption of emerging tools and platforms, including AI, to drive innovation and operational agility. Support onboarding and enablement programs to build marketing capabilities and foster a high-performance culture.

Qualifications



At least 7 years of experience in marketing operations, strategy, business analytics, or consulting. Strong analytical skills and outcomes-based mindset, with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); familiarity with SQL or BigQuery is a plus. Solid understanding of marketing funnels, campaign performance metrics, and ROI frameworks. * Experience in consumer-facing, data-driven environments such as telecom, tech, or FMCG is preferred.
