Job Description
Location : Outram ParkWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, office HourSalary up $3000Contract role, extendableJob Scopes: * Assist in campaign planning and execution, including tracking/managing campaign timelines.
- Assist in the coordination and collation of comments on all campaign deliverables, clarification of required technical/non-technical with both internal and external stakeholders e.g. agencies and colleagues from other departments, to ensure on-time fulfilment of campaign deliverables
- Review proposed KOL/Influencers/Artistes social media accounts for content, follower engagements and past collaborations
- Monitor, track and upkeep administrative records for tasks including but not limited to contract value management, partnership deliverables, delivery/installation timelines and locations, budget tracking sheets, PO reports, SOP documents, etc.
- Strong project management and time management skills,
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft programmes (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc) and preferably Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator
- With 1 to 2 years relevant experience preferred
