Job Overview:

As a Marketing Intern, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to support initiatives that drive brand awareness, enhance guest engagement, and foster revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Assisting in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms. Supporting content creation, including copywriting, photography, and short-form videos for marketing channels. Monitoring and reporting on the performance of digital campaigns, social media engagement, and online reviews. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Assisting with event promotions, partnerships, and guest engagement initiatives. Updating marketing collateral, website content, and hotel promotions as needed. Providing administrative support to the Marketing team for day-to-day operations.


Requirements


Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Strong interest in hospitality, tourism, and digital marketing. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
