You can choose to work with either a variety of Sales or Trading desks based on your preference.
You\'ll be responsible for researching and developing trade ideas, as well as supporting the development of client portfolios.
You\'ll compete in virtual trading exercises to test your knowledge and sharpen your decision-making skills.
You\'ll collaborate with teams across the floor to deliver the best solutions for our clients.
You\'ll have the opportunity to drive and shape our business through personal innovation and entrepreneurship.

You\'re willing to learn.
You have strong people skills as well as technical and analytical skills, and experience in Microsoft Excel.
You\'re self-motivated, driven, hard-working and like healthy competition.
You communicate clearly and concisely, build trusted relationships, and make decisions quickly based on facts.

You\'ll receive complete regulatory training and certification as required by the market you\'re working in.
You\'ll get training on Bloomberg and Reuters terminals, as well as a proprietary suite of HSBC tools.
You\'ll learn risk management, data analysis, technology skills, influencing and time management.
