About the Role

We are looking for a professional, skilled, and warm-hearted

Beautician & Massage Therapist

to join our team. You will provide a combination of beauty and body treatments, ensuring every client feels well cared for, relaxed, and confident.

Key Responsibilities

1. Beauty Services

Perform a range of services, including:

Facials and basic skin treatments


Eyelash extensions / lifting


Eyebrow shaping, threading, and tinting


Waxing and other hair removal services
Assess skin conditions and recommend suitable treatments and products. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all beauty tools, beds, and workstations.

2. Massage Therapies

Provide professional massages such as:

Swedish


Deep tissue


Aromatherapy


Relaxation or stress-relief massage
Conduct client consultations to understand health conditions, preferences, and concerns. Tailor each treatment to ensure comfort, safety, and effective results.

3. Customer Experience

Welcome clients warmly and create a calm, relaxing environment. Explain treatments clearly and manage client expectations. Handle feedback or concerns politely and professionally. Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat visits.

4. Operations & Hygiene

Maintain accurate records of client history, preferences, and treatment notes. Monitor and manage stock levels for products, towels, tools, and consumables. Follow booking procedures, support with payment process, and assist with reception duties when needed. Strictly follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with company policies and local regulations. Ensure all treatment rooms and equipment are cleaned and sanitized between clients.

Requirements

Minimum

1-2 years

of working experience in

both

beauty and massage. Relevant certification(s) in beauty therapy, aesthetics, or massage therapy from a recognized institution. Strong skills in:

Facials and basic skincare


Hair removal (waxing/threading)


Eyelash / brow services


Swedish, deep tissue, and aromatherapy massage
Good understanding of skin and body care products. Professional, tidy, and well-groomed appearance. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required. Responsible, reliable, and passionate about client care and wellness.

Added Advantage:

Experience in product recommendations or retail sales. Ability to upsell treatment packages and home-care products in a genuine, non-pushy manner. Multilingual communication skills.
