As part of the APAC Global Macro MAST team (Market Access Service Team), the individual has as a primary responsibility of servicing BNPP's Institutional Clients in need for a first in class execution coverage. Mission consists in deepening client relationships, unlocking new business opportunities, increasing market share, and leveraging our digital capabilities. This coverage model aims at maximizing automation with clients deemed as Liquidity Seekers, while still offering Voice capabilities for larger and/or more exotic products.
Responsibilities
+ Manage and grow a Portfolio of Institutional clients (penetration, market share, revenues) Build upon this Coverage Model so that it is scalable and can efficiently absorb more eligible clients
Collaborate with the eSales team to increase the digitalization of the portfolio
Partner with product teams to develop our digital capabilities both internally and externally to drive sales execution efficiencies
Optimize pricing and liquidity with client flows
TECHNICAL & BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES
