Job Description

Proclinical are recruiting a Master Data Management (1 year) for a healthcare sector. This role is on a contract basis and is located in Singapore.
Responsibilities:

• Guide the development and execution of data quality standards and metrics, as well as guarantee compliance with those standards.
• Handle and guide a team of data management professionals, offering leadership, training and assistance when required.
• Work with shareholders across the business to develop and execute data-linked projects and initiatives.
• The ideal candidate will develop and uphold the business\'s master data architecture, which involves the generation and management of data models, taxonomies and metadata.
• Collaborate with the company\'s ID data governance lead and the data migration team system integrators on all data linked actions.
• You will design and execute master data management procedures and processes to assure data precision, stability, accomplishment and relevance.
• Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a computer science, information management or similar discipline.
• At least 7+ years of experience in a data management role focusing on master data management.
• Comprehension of data management principles which involves data governance, data quality, and data architecture.
• Comprehends the company\'s data migration strategy and assists others in the region on it.
• Familiarity with developing and executing master data management methods, procedures and processes.
• Project management capabilities.
• Able to handle various projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Leadership abilities.
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Analytical abilities with the capacity to resolve issues.
