The Opportunity:
Adecco is partnering with a global leader in semiconductor process control, yield management, and metrology. The company provides advanced inspection, metrology, and data analytics solutions to optimize semiconductor and electronics manufacturing, ensuring higher yield, reliability, and performance.
As a Master Planner, you will coordinate business and supply chain planning, align forecasts with material readiness, and drive schedule accuracy. Ideal for planners with MPS/MRP experience and strong stakeholder management.

• Work location: Serangoon
• Work hours: Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm, 2 to 3 days work from home.
• Salary: up to $6,000 + 1 month Completion Bonus

The Job:

• Lead and coordinate the master schedule to align business planning with supply chain execution, balancing demand and supply to meet strategic objectives.
• Present overall business plans in master scheduling (MS) meetings and facilitate cross-functional alignment.
• Analyze forecast fluctuations and assess their impact on customer demand, supply plans, and material availability.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Finance, and Logistics to align production builds and respond quickly to changes affecting revenue and delivery commitments.
• Ensure accurate loading and validation of MRP data to support effective production planning and material flow.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain performance metrics to track schedule adherence and planning efficiency.

The Talent:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Prior experience in Master Production Scheduling (MPS), MRP planning, and inventory control.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in SAP MRP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Power BI and VBA macros is an advantage.
