Coordinate with various disciplines to ensure smooth flow of project materials is required
Provide daily material status updates to stakeholders on the purchased items
Mange utilization of surplus materials prior to raising any Purchase Request (PR)
Evaluate MTO from Engineering and Production to ensure all information ae captured and aligned
Be updated on project material specifications, approved vendor list, country of restrictions
Highlight in purchase requisitions (PR) of any specific requirements by the clients to avoid discrepancies
Prepare and update the material status report (MSR) for MMC lead review
Raise Technical Query (TQ) for material substitution and non-approved vendor acceptance
Raise Job Confirmation Sheet for redundant materials found in MTO revision
Prepare material offcut list based on MTO quantity and cross check with site offcut list

Job Requirements

NITEC In Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Marine or Oil & Gas Industry
Adaptable to fast paced work environment, able to work under pressure and meet tight timelines
Have knowledge in E&I items such as \xe2\x80\x93 E&I Support Material, Cable and Cable Gland, Cable Tray, Ladder and Accessories, Earthing Material, Lighting Fixture, Tubing, Preservation Materials
Prefer with JDE software experience and AutoCad skills
