Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

1) Maintenance Works

• Manage maintenance inventory records and progressive update list.
• Checking of Service Reports and Preventive Maintenance checklist.
• Prepare Preventive Maintenance Schedule for submission to client.
• Support for site works, when required.

2) Logistics

• Warehouse management.
• Equipment quarterly stock take.
• Submit Declaration list with \'Value\' being used.
• Liaising with freight forwarders about incoming and outgoing shipment.
• Receiving incoming shipment.
• Book shipment and prepare outgoing shipment.
• Checking bill of lading, permit, insurance, invoice, packing list.
• Verify shipping charges of tax invoice and process for payment.
• Liaising with sub-contractor with the collection and releasing of equipment.

3) Prepare and Review Technical Documentations

• Attend technical meetings and prepare MoMs for internal review for submission to customer.
• Prepare presentation materials (mainly Microsoft power point) based on directions of engineers.
• Prepare technical reports such as test summary based in directions of engineers.
• Review technical documents prepared by engineers.
• Prepare purchase specifications on test tools etc. based in directions of engineers.

Requirements:

• Diploma Supply Chain / Logistics or Equivalent
• Basic Computer skills. (Microsoft word, excel and power point)
• Experience in Shipping or related logistics fields.
• Technical documentation skill in English
• Capable to learn technologies he/she has never learned
• Class 3/3A driving license & safety driving skill
