PREAMBLEThe Operations team is a key team in the company that provides business support enhancing organizational performance. The Operations Team is responsible for managing Luxclusif's end-to-end product journey. Including Logistics fulfillment, Quality Control, and Cost Management. Currently, the Ops team has colleagues located in the Philippines, Portugal, China, and Japan.RESPONSIBILITIESThe Material Handler will provide business support through various initiatives for the purpose of enhancing organizational performance and continuously improving the Operations' team outcome, most particularly for Inbound. He or she will be responsible for all related tasks as well as to oversee other Inbound team members.Prepare the Inbound Forecast & Processing Capacity on a monthly basisAssure forecasted activities are implemented according to planMonitor and track shipments in transit from Suppliers and ensure timely delivery to WarehousesManage supplier returns for items failing our Inbound Quality Check controlContinuously document and improve existing inbound processes (team Internal and with our Distribution centers)Warehouse performance evaluation on a daily basis & consolidated monthly report (various locations)Further develop existing tools and dashboards serving Forecast and Reporting analysisEnsure the processing pipeline is cleaned up with old stocksProvide support in analysis of data in order to make relevant decisionsDevelop processes to improve the physical flow of goods in the inbound production line end-to-endOversee day-to-day tasks for inbound production line operationsCommunicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues causing delays and inefficiencies in the inbound production lineQUALIFICATIONSYou graduated in Supply Chain management, Logistics, Import/Export management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent. You understand supply chain and integrated logistics concepts and theories. Experience in Ecommerce and Luxury brands are plus factors. Obviously, you are amazing at speaking English and fluency in Mandarin or Japanese is an advantage.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php25,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per monthBenefits:
