Job Responsibilities

• Perform all processes in accordance to SOP and cGMP standards.
• Maintain high standard of housekeeping of warehouse work area.
• Ensure goods are stored at specified storages area according to temperature required.
• Responsible for checking the condition of the incoming shipment and performing tally check on physical goods against the documentation received.
• Carry out production of labelling and packaging materials to meet customer deadline.
• Perform pick and pack activities and to ensure correct item being packed, with the right quantity, lot number for finished goods.
• Participate in Cycle Count and conduct investigations to resolve discrepancies.
• To follow at all times, the safety and working procedures of the Company and to ensure a safe working environment for everyone.
• Contribute and implement continuous improvement activities on productivity and quality.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor and Manager.

Education Minimum GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ Level or ITE Nitec/Higher Nitec Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Logistics/ Warehousing industry

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Experience working in GMP environment preferred, but not a must.
• Computer-literate and meticulous in his/her work.
• Physically fit and able to lift and move stock in a safe manner.
• Pays attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to support overtime if required.
• Must follow all health and safety procedure and regulations.
• Able to work independently.
