Job Description
- Receive and conduct receiving inspection on materials and finish goods from suppliers/delivery/production
- Check physical condition of packaging and quantity of delivery/receipt
- Report any defects and/or discrepancies to immediate supervisor
- Bin materials into designated storage locations
- Check material part number and quantity against the GR slip
- Update MRP system (if required) for materials movement and ensure inventory accuracy
- Pack/un-pack instruments in shipping (If deployed)
- Pick and pack small and large pack shipments (If deployed)
- Ensure work orders are kitted and issued to production lines within the deadline date
- Conduct cycle count and ensure inventory accuracy
- Ensure safety and security of the shipping/store area and report any discrepancies or
- Generate report for warehouse operation use
- Minimum secondary education, "O" level or NTC preferred
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in store/shipping in MNC manufacturing environment
Preferred Characteristics
- Proficient in PC skills including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Words applications
